The Washington County Trial Attorneys

Christopher L. Blackwell graduated the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1987. After serving as Judicial Law Clerk in the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County, he began his private practice in the Washington Trust Building, and has since served the county for 25 years. Mr. Blackwell is one the most highly respected trial attorneys in the area.

Peter V. Marcoline III is a 2002 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law. After serving as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County, he began practicing law with Blackwell & Associates. Mr. Marcoline is currently the President of the Criminal Law Section of the Washington County BAR Association.

deRicci T. Getty graduated from the University Akron School of Law in 1993. Ms. Getty worked in private practice in Washington County until 2002. She then worked with American Legal Publishing in Cincinnati, Ohio, as a staff attorney, consultant, and editor. In 2012, Ms. Getty continued her career with Blackwell & Associates and focuses her practice on Family Law, Criminal Defense, general civil litigation, and domestic abuse.
