Now in its 12th year of publication, The Downtowner is a bi-weekly tabloid-size newspaper founded in 2003. Our publication specializes in the happenings of the downtown DC neighborhood. It has become a "must read" for it's focus on the arts, real estate, education, dining, health, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and society. rgetowner is unique from other publications because our paper is mailed to all Georgetown residents and businesses. The Georgetowner distribution covers all of metropolitan D.C. and includes parts of Maryland and Northern Virginia. We even go to Middleburg & The Plains for those of you out in Horse & Wine country. The Downtowner, has a distribution of 10,000 papers and can be found in the Penn Quarter district, right in the heart of DC. Both publications combine a rich sense of history with “news you can use,” making them an important voice in the Nation’s Capital. We have racks in many restaurants, residential apartment/condo buildings and hotels to pick up your very own copy of The Downtowner. There are also street boxes near Metro stations.
