Alijah Arenas, a standout high school basketball player and the son of former NBA star Gilbert Arenas, was placed in a medically induced coma after a serious car accident in Los Angeles early Thursday morning.
According to TMZ, the 18-year-old was driving a Tesla Cybertruck when it crashed around 4:30 a.m. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly before 5 a.m., where they discovered the wrecked luxury vehicle on the side of the road with its front end engulfed in flames.
Reports indicate that all passengers had exited the vehicle before firefighters arrived. One individual, believed to be around 18 years old, was transported to the hospital for urgent medical car!
