I typically try to avoid political talk on my feed, especially during times of such rage and polarity. My voice and my art is meant to inspire peace and the greater good. My purpose is to bring people together through art, music and community building. However, the direction the country I was born into and that I have grown up in is heading in a very dangerous direction, and I’m feeling called to make a statement on where I stand.

I am against the growing imbalance of power in America, where billionaires manipulate systems for their own gain at the expense of the people. I believe in integrity, fairness, and the power of community over corporate greed. Now, more than ever, we must stand together for a future that values people over profit.

This past year has been one of the most challenging I’ve faced—navigating setbacks, betrayals, and the overwhelming weight of responsibilities. But through it all, I’ve kept pushing forward, learning, and growing. Now, I’m back in Cabarete, the place that heals me, soaking in the energy of the ocean and doing work that fulfills me. It’s the perfect opportunity to clear my head, realign with my purpose, and reconnect with the person I was born to be—a good human being full of love and light 🌟 I hope everyone has a place or experience that allows them to recalibrate and find their center again. After 6 months in LA, I’d almost forgotten what it feels like to slow down. The hustle, the chaos—it’s so easy to get caught up in it. I even started questioning whether coming back to Cabarete was the right move. But now that I’m here, I’m reminded why this place will always be home.

Taking time for myself, truly connecting with people, prioritizing my health, and finding balance—it’s all so much clearer here. Grateful to have the best of both worlds and call them both home. 🌴✨

Throwback to an unforgettable night DJing for the holiday party in LA! I had the honor of djing and performing alongside my beautiful friends here whom I miss dearly out in LA.

I’m back in the DR for now, but seeing this photo makes me feel so sad for all of those I know and love affected by the recent fires. It’s heartbreaking to see the devastation, and I’m keeping everyone in my thoughts. 💔

Something I’ve noticed is how quickly these communities have come together to support one another. LA is such a huge and busy city, but in times like these, it truly highlights the importance of prioritizing community.

Hello! EMO PSA😇

So as you know, Instagram, social media, all these things are highlights to showcase the best of what’s happening in our lives.

We’re not programmed to really share the downsides of what life’s about because we’re labeled as something’s off and wrong with us - and we typically strive for people around us thinking it’s all peachy.

The reality is that for all of us on this planet, it’s not always peachy. We all have a mountain of problems and difficult things we’re dealing with, and for me, it’s been a very difficult year. Probably one of the most difficult yet.

The flip side of this, is all of us, we all have something we can be grateful for too. The DR really taught me this, I met so many people who have nothing over there, but continue to wake up every day with a full heart, ready to start their day with a big smile! They do this because they find the things to say thank you to the higher power or whatever it is they believe in. That keeps you going and gives you strength to get through the difficult times, as well as the difficult people that come into your life trying to take whatever they can from you for their own benefit.

I’m here to say thank you to all of the wonderful things in my life, but also, thank you to all of those who keep challenging me to get stronger and stronger every year.

I’m super proud of who I am, the kind generous heart I have, the bright optimistic way I look at the world, the love I have to give to strangers and the faith I have in humanity. I’ll never let anyone take that from me, and if you’re going through something too, never let anyone take that from you either 🥰

What a burn this year!! Best one yet 🤩

As a human, we’re born learning by playing and being a kid. Adulthood happens and for some reason, we’re not supposed to play or be a kid anymore - but it’s silly because inside we all still have that inner child that wants to be free to be who they are and have fun.

The burn lets us do exactly that. We can be fairies, goblins, rockstars, carrots, anything we want - and we can climb things, play games, dance until sunrise and really be kind to one another.

There’s a reason why so many people go to the hot desert once a year and I really believe this is why. We get to just be who we are for once without all the judgement and social norms.

I’m so excited to share more about this burn - I really had fun with dressing up this year, and I have some special reasons and news as to why.

More to come! I’ve been hard at work behind the scenes….and I’ve also decided to spend a lot more time in LA this year!
