Ingredients:
* 1/2 loaf of day-old crusty bread, cut into cubes
* 4-5 ripe tomatoes, chopped into large chunks
* 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
* 1 English cucumber, sliced
* 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped( I forgot to put them 🥲
* 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
* 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
* 1 clove of garlic, minced
* Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
2. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, basil.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
4. Add the toasted bread cubes to the bowl of vegetables and toss to combine. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
5. Let the salad sit for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the bread to soak up the dressing and the flavors to meld together.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, then serve at room temperature.

Baby pork sticky ribs recipe:
Ingredients:
* 2 racks of pork ribs (about 4 lbs)
* 1/4 cup soy sauce
* 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
* 1/4 cup honey
* 1/4 cup brown sugar
* 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 tablespoon miso paste
* 1/2 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
* 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare ribs by removing silver skin and cutting them into separate pieces.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, vegetable oil, ginger, garlic, miso paste, Chinese five-spice powder, and cayenne pepper. Leave 1/4 cup of the marinade for later.
3. Pour the sauce over the ribs, making sure they’re fully coated and marinate for about 3 hours or more.
4. Preheat oven to 350F
5. Place ribs into dutch oven and cook with closed lid for 2 hours.
6. Remove the lid and excess fat from dutch oven. Increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
7. Brush the ribs with the 1/4 cup of previously saved marinade sauce and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the ribs are sticky and caramelized.
8. Remove the ribs. Put the leftover juice from dutch oven on medium heat for 6 min to caramelize and pour over the ribs.
9. Garnish the sticky ribs with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Nashville Hot Chicken Wings:
Ingredients:
* 2 pounds chicken wings
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 tablespoon salt
* 1 tablespoon black pepper
* 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
* 2 teaspoons paprika
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
* 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
* 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
* 1/2 cup buttermilk
* 2 large eggs
* Vegetable oil (for frying)
* 1/4 cup cayenne pepper sauce
* 2 tablespoons brown sugar
* 1 tablespoon honey
* 1 tablespoon butter
* 1 tablespoon white vinegar
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and thyme.
3. In a separate whisk together the buttermilk and eggs. (You can also previously marinade chicken wings in buttermilk mixture and seasoning for 2-4 hours)
4. Dip each chicken wing in the buttermilk mixture, and then coat it in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
5. In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat a few inches of vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F.
6. Fry the chicken wings in the oil for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Transfer them to a wire rack set over a baking sheet to drain off any excess oil.
7. In a small saucepan, combine the cayenne pepper sauce, brown sugar, honey, butter, and white vinegar. Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved and the sauce is heated through.
8. Using a pastry brush, coat the chicken wings in the hot sauce mixture, making sure to coat them evenly.
9. Place the chicken wings back on the wire rack and bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and the wings are hot and crispy.
10. Serve the Nashville Hot Chicken Wings immediately, and enjoy! You can also serve them with pickles and white bread to help cool down the heat of the spicy sauce.

For avocado sauce:
• 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
• 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 clove garlic
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or cilantro microgreens
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
1. Make a sauce :In a food processor or blender, combine the avocado, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
2. Puree the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy.
3. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding more salt, pepper, or lime juice to taste.
4. Prepare Bird’s Eye Oven Roasters Red Potato Wedges and Onions according to cooking directions on packaging. Already prepped, perfectly flavored, and ready.
5. Season the Chilean Sea Bass fillets with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
7. Add the sea bass fillets and sear for about 5 minutes on each side, until nicely browned.
8. Serve the Chilean Sea Bass hot, garnished with potato wedges, creamy avocado sauce and additional lemon butter sauce if desired.

Roasted lamb leg in oven bag and roasted rainbow vegetables 🥕
Ingredients:
* 1 whole lamb leg, bone-in (about 5-6 pounds)
* 4 garlic cloves, minced
* 2 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
* 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves, chopped
* 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* Juice of 1 lemon and lemon zest
* 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
* 2 tbsp soy sauce
* 2 tsp paprika
* 1 tsp cumin
* Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
* Mint sauce to lamb: (1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/4 cup white wine vinegar or cider vinegar, Pinch of salt
* Vegetable mix( I used potatoes, carrots, brussel sprouts, peppers, onions)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a flavorful paste.
2. Place the lamb leg on a cutting board and make several small incisions all over the surface of the meat using a sharp knife.
3. Rub the enhanced marinade paste all over the lamb leg, ensuring it gets into the incisions as well. Massage it thoroughly to ensure the flavours penetrate the meat.
4. Place in the oven bag and marinate for 6-24 hours.
5. Preheat oven to 380F
6. Prepare all vegetables, cut, season with veggie roasting seasonings, olive oil and place to the baking tray.
7. Place lamb and vegetables to the oven.
8. Lamb needs 2,5- 3 hours, always check on internal temperature it must be 145-160F. Cut off oven bag and broil for additional 5 min until crispy.
9. Remove vegetables as soon as they ready and crispy.
10. Prepare mint sauce by mixing mint, vinegar, water, sugar and salt.
11. Cut, serve and enjoy!
