ANYSBOS 2022 TESAME BOTRIVIER Marelise Niemann, winemaker at Anysbos, reveals her fine winemaking talent in this flavorful Grenache-led blend sourced from dry farmed vines on clay and shale soils of the cool Bot River region. Partially destemmed, fermented with ambient yeasts, matured 16 months in used French barriques before blending. Pristine, pure red fruit, nicely concentrated with mouthwatering acidity and eminently drinkable. 55% Grenache Noir, 33% Syrah, and 12% Cinsault. pH 3.45, 12.6% alc. 92 points on the IWR scale.
