How to make sweet and sour beef short ribs from beef short plate and potato

Amazing! Meatballs with tomato sauce are delicious to each bite, make the cheese melt in the mouth accompanied by a mozzarella cheese topped.

How to make Cheese Stuffed Meatballs And Topped With Mozzarella Cheese

πŸ₯— Ingredient:
300g Ground pork
250g Tomato
60g Laughing Cow Cheese
150g Mozzarella cheese
50g Cowhorn pepper
50g Onion
10g Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tss Pepper
2 tbs Ketchup
100ml Water

πŸ”₯ Instruction:
1. Add the ingredients: Ground pork, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Cornstarch to a bowl and mix until well combined.
2. Pick up a handful of the mixture and form it into a ball and poke an indentation into the centre.
3. Place about 1-2 cubes of laughing cow cheese into the middle and roll it into a ball again.
4. Frying the meatballs with cooking oil until golden.
5. Make Tomato sauce: frying garlic with cooking oil and then add tomato, bell pepper, onion, ketchup, water; Boil until cook it evenly.
6. Pour the tomato sauce over meatballs and add Mozzarella cheese on top.
7. Bake 200Β°C for 10 Mins

Fried Milk is a delicious and easy to make cake at home because the ingredients are always available in your refrigerator such as fresh milk and flour.

100g Cornstarch
80g Sugar
900ml Milk
200g All purpose flour
100ml Water
200g Breadcrumb

πŸ”₯ Intructions:
1. Mix 100g cornstarch, 60g sugar, 900ml fresh milk and pour the mixture into a pan and simmer until it becomes thick. Then continue pouring the milk mixture into the baking mold and chill for 2 hours.
2. Mix the following ingredients well: 200g All purpose flour, 20g sugar, 100ml water. So we have the flour mixture.
3. Remove the milk mixture from the refrigerator and skillfully takes the milk mixture out of the baking mold. Now the milk mixture is like a pudding and all you have to do is cut it into small pieces.
4. Then dip each piece of milk cake through flour mixture and continue through bread crumbs, then deep frying until it is golden brown

Braised tofu with ground pork and soy sauce (recipe)

Ingredients:
280g Tofu
100g Ground pork
5g Shiitake mushroom ,soaked in hot water and minced
5g Garlic, minced
15g Scallion
1tsp Salt
1tsp Pepper
20ml Vinegar
20ml Water
1tsp Sugar
30ml Soy sauce
20ml oil

Instructions:
1. Cut the tofu into thin pieces about 2cm thick. Wrap each slab in paper towels, and press to squeeze out excess water.
2. Combine 100g ground pork with 5g minced shiitake mushroom, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 10g minced scallion.
3. Soak 5g scallion in hot water to increase the toughness, then use it to tie tofu.
3. Take 2 pieces of tofu and clamp at between 1 part of pork mixture and then tie with green onion soaked in hot water.
4. Fry the tofu cubes over with the oil until the piece of tofu underneath is golden and turn off the heat. Put the blocks of tofu pour into the sieve to drain off the oil.
* Note that while frying use a spoon and scoop hot oil inside the pan and sprinkle on top of the tofu blocks.
5. Prepare another pan with some cooking oil to fry the garlic and then add 30ml soy sauce, 20 ml vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, 200ml water and bring to a boil then add the blocks of tofu and simmer for 5 minutes.

9 Egg
10g Scallion, minced
40g Chili pepper, minced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sesame
1/2 tsp Black pepper
2 tbs Soy sauce
2 tbs Ketchup
2 tbs Chili sauce
2 tsp Sugar
2 tbs Water

πŸ”₯ Instructions:
1. Break 9 eggs and divide the yolk and egg white into 2 different bowls. And add 1 tsp salt to each bowl and stir well.
2. First, pour all the egg white into the pan and cook with low heat until cooked, then pour the egg yolk on top and add a little scallion, chili pepper, sesame seeds, pepper. Cover the pan and fry on low heat until the egg yolks are cooked, turn off the heat and pour the egg onto a plate and cut into 8 pieces just like you cut a pizza.
3. Fry garlic until golden and add 35g of chili pepper, 2 tbs of ketchup, 2 tbs chili sauce, 2 tsb of sugar, 1/4 cup of water and then stir well all ingredients in the pan. Continue adding the previous fried eggs to the pan to fry along with the sauce. Use a spoon to scoop the sauce inside the pan and sprinkle it over each piece of egg. Then cover the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Pour the egg on a plate and enjoy πŸ₯°

This is a frugal dish because there is no cooking oil and no frying. When you eat, you will feel the chicken is soft and has the gentle aroma of ginger.

300g Chicken breast
200g Sticky rice
1/2 cup All purpose flour
200g Tofu
10g Ginger, minced
20g Scallion, minced
1tsp Salt
20ml Soy sauce
1 Egg

πŸ”₯ Instructions:
1. Soak sticky rice in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
2. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and then grind them. Mix the ground chicken with: all purpose flour, tofu, minced ginger, minced scallion and season with 1 tsp salt,soy sauce, an egg and mix all ingredients.
3. Pour the chicken mixture into the pastry bag and then squeeze the pastry bag to take 1 part of chicken and place it on the previously drained sticky rice dish. Roll the chicken meat ball on sticky rice so sticky rice sticks to the outside of the chicken meat ball.
4. Put the chicken rice balls into the steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
5. Enjoy it.

Fried crisp potatoes topped with chili pepper, onions, fresh coriander, yogurt... puts together a tangy flavor that is hard to miss.

Ingredients:
250g Potato, round chopped
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup All purpose flour
1 tbsp garlic, minced
50g Chili, sliced
50g Onion, sliced
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp Red chili powder
20g Dill, minced
100g Yogurt
Red food coloring

Instruction:
1. Peel and rough chop potato then boil the potatoes for 5 minute.
2. Pour boiled potatoes into a large bowl and mix with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 cup all purpose flour, 1/4 cup water.
3. Prepare a pan of boiling oil and drop your potatoes and fry until golden and remove them from the pan then pour the fried potatoes in strainer to draining oil.
4. Retain a little hot oil on your pan to continue frying with the following ingredients: 1 tbsp minced garlic, 50g, sliced chill, 50g, sliced onion, 1 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 20g minced dill, 100g yogurt and red food coloring. Stir all ingredients in the pan to infuse the spices and put the potatoes back into the pan to stir-fry until potatoes are red.
5. Pour the potatoes into a plate and enjoy it.

Scorched rice topped with pork floss with another name is "Com chay cha b**g" is a rural dish and has become a favorite snack of many Vietnamese people.

πŸ₯™ Ingredients:
- Cooked rice
- Pork floss
- Dried shrimp
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Scallion, minced
- Bell Pepper, minced

πŸ”₯ Instructions:
1. Take the rice and place it on the cling wrap, then shape it into a circle, a square or whatever shape you want. Note the maximum thickness is 2 cm. wrap the cooked rice inside with plastic wrap and adjust the shape and size easier.
2. Prepare a pan of boiling oil and drop your piece of rice and fry until golden and remove it from the pan. Put the fried rice in strainer to draining oil.
3. Prepare minced scallions in a bowl and pour boiling oil into the bowl of scallions, wait for the oil to cool, then scoop the scallions onto the fried rice.
4. Next, sprinkle on the fried rice, in turn the following ingredients: minced bell pepper, mozzarella cheese, dried shrimp. After bake 200 ℃/392 Β°F for 5 minutes.
5. After baking, let the scorched rice cool and enjoy

Chicken breast with lemon juice, egg, butter, garlic and soju wine.

Ingredients:
500g Chicken breast
1/2 Lemon
2 Eggs
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp pepper
50g Celery , minced
50g Mozzarella cheese
Oil 15ml
Butter 50g
1cup All purpose flour
1/4 cup Dry white wine
20g Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Chicken stock

Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a large enough dish to fit chicken breast. Add 25g minced celery, 40g mozzarella cheese and season 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper. Mix all ingredients.
2. Cut the chicken breasts in half, then roll through the all-purpose flour and dip in the egg mixture.
3. Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden on each side then take the chicken breast out of the pan.
4. Make the sauce you need add in the pan 1/4 cup dry white wine (I used Soju wine), 20g minced garlic, 20g butter, 1/2 cup chicken stock, 25g minced celery, 1/2 lemon juice and put the chicken breast back into the pan and simmer for 3 more minutes then turn off the heat.
5. Place the chicken breast on a plate and then pour the sauce on top and enjoy it.

Bring the oil to a boil for rice balls stuffed with mozzarella and served with the extra sauce, and I have to tell you that it's delicious πŸ‘.

πŸ₯™ Ingredients:
2 cup Boiled Rice
1/2 cup Finely chopper Carrot
1 cup All Purpose flour
1 small cup Chopped Cilantro
1/2 cup Finely chopper Onion
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp Salt
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
1 Egg

πŸ”₯ Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine 2 cup boiled rice, 1/2 finely chopped carrot, 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 1 small cup chopped cilantro, 1/2 cup finely chopper onion, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and season with 1 tsp salt, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tsp black pepper.
2. Roll the rice ball in the beaten eggs and then roll that into the all purpose flour and bread crumbs.
3. Heat vegetable oil to 360 degrees F. Deep-fry rice balls until browned, place on a paper towel lined plate or dish.
4. Before serving garnish with cheese and/or the extra sauce.

Chili cheese toast is an easy bread toast recipe which can be prepared in just 5 minutes and you will only need a couple of ingredients. These cheese toasts are great for breakfast or as evening snacks.

πŸ₯™ Ingredients:
2 Cloves garlic, minced πŸ§„
20g Red chili, minced 🌢️
40g Soften butter 🧈
4 Sliced bread 🍞
1 cup Mozzarella cheese πŸ§€
1 pinch Pepper πŸ§‚
1 pinch Chili powder πŸ§‚

πŸ”₯ Instructions:
1. First, add the finely chopped garlic cloves and the green chili to the softened butter. (you can increase or decrease the amount of the chili according to your preference)
2. Mix them well with the butter.
3. Spread the butter mix to both sides of the bread slices.
4 .Now add cheese to the buttered bread slices making sure the bread slices are covered with cheese evenly.
5. Then sprinkle some chili flakes on top.
6. Bake them at 200℃ preheated oven for about 5 minutes or until they become crispy.
7. Alternatively, if you want to make the toasts in a stove, place a heavy bottomed pan on low flame and place the bread slices in the pan. Then cover and cook for about 5 minutes or until the cheese melts. By this time the breads also get toast properly.
8. Take them out of the oven/pan when done and serve immediately.

Tender duck meat with the delicious flavors of cinnamon bark with star anise and vegetables like carrots and potatoes. This braised duck looks fancy and is very easy to prepare.

πŸ₯™ Ingredients:
2kg~3kg for A Duck πŸ¦†
1/2 cup White wine
1/2 cup Soy sauce
4 tsp Salt
6 tsp Pepper
50g Ginger
100g Lemongrass
300ml Beer
8g Cinnamon bark,
8g Star anise
A little of sliced Lemon
25g Scallion
20ml Oil
2 tsp Annatto Powder
1 tbs Sugar
20g Dry onion
2g Thyme leaves
15ml Honey
100g Carrot, rough chopped
200g Potato, rough chopped
10g Culantro
3 Chili
300ml Coconut water

πŸ”₯ Instructions:
1. Getting rid of ducky smell from duck, you need to marinate duck with 1/2 cup white wine, 50g ginger and season with 4 tsp salt, 4 tsp pepper, 1/2 cup soy sauce and then apply evenly outside and inside the duck.
2. Steam the duck for 30 mins with 100g lemongrass, 6g cinnamon bark and star anise, some lemon sliced, 20g scallion and finally indispensable 300ml beer because beer help duck meat become soft and sweet more.
3. Now you need make the sauce to spread on duck before sautΓ© the duck. You need mix ingredients as follow: 20ml oil, 2 tsp annatto powder, 2 tsp pepper, 1tbs sugar, 2g cinnamon bark, 2g star anise, 20g dry onion, 2g thyme leaves, 15ml honey. And spread evenly the sauce outside the duck and saute the duct until two side are golden brown.
4. Continue put the duck into the cooking pot and add 200m ml coconut water, 100g rough chopped carrot, 200g rought chopped potatoes, 10g culantro, 5g cuted scallion, 6g cinnamon bark and star anise, 3 chili and turn on the heat. You need simmer for 20 mins.
5.To set the table and enjoy it πŸ˜‹

Rice bowls are tasty, but egg-stuffed savory rice balls with beef are even tastier 😍

πŸ₯— Ingredients:
300g Beef, thin sliced
250g Rice
4 Eggs, boil for 5 minutes to make soft boiled eggs
350ml Water, for cook rice
50ml Water, for sauce
1tsp Salt
1tsp Pepper
1tsp Sugar
2tsp Vinegar
2tsp Black sesame
1/2 tsp Paprika (chili powder)

πŸ”₯ Instructions:
1. Pour 250g rice into rice cooker add more 350ml water and turn on cook mode.
2. To make perfect soft-boiled eggs for this this dish, you need boil eggs for 5 mins. Place eggs in ice cold water to stop further cooking. Peel the eggs and set aside.
3. Pour the cooked rice into mix bowl and season with 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp black sesame, 2 tsp ketchup and mix all together.
4. Lay a piece of cling wrap large enough to handle your cooked rice on a flat plate and spread about 1 cup of cooked rice on the cling wrap and flatten it. Add an egg and wrap all inside the cling wrap. this way help you create a rice ball easy and clean.
5. Continue use the cling wrap and lay 3 thin and long beefs on top of each other to look like 6-point star. Put the rice ball to middle and Pull each piece of beef to wrap the rice ball. Finally wrap all inside the cling wrap.
6. Heat the oil in a pan and put the beef wrapped rice ball to fry. After one side fried golden, turn it over and season 1tsp pepper, 1tsp sugar, 1/2tsp paprika (chili powder), 50ml soy sauce, 50ml water. Mix it all together, you'll have you going to have a very delicious sauce. Use a spoon to sprinkle the sauce on the beef wrapped rice ball then cover the pan and simmer for 2 minutes.
7. Put your finished product into plate, pour the sauce on the top and try using a knife to cut the beef wrapped rice ball in half you will see the miracle.

Fried sticky rice - a wonderful, delicious recipe that's easy to prepare for lunch. This dish is popular in many countries in Southeast Asia with many different recipes.

🍚 Ingredients:
250g Glutinous rice
300g Potato, chopped
120g Chinese sausage, diced
200g Ground Pork
30g Dry onion, minced
1tsp Salt
1tsp Pepper
1tsp Soy sauce
1tsp Oil
Some Coriander, minced

πŸ”₯ Directions:
1. Pour the glutinous rice rice into the rice cooker add 150ml water, 1/2tsp sale, 1tsp soy sauce and Turn on. when cook done you have the sticky rice.
2. Chop the potato and boil for 10 mins. and pour the boiled potatoes into the strainer to drain then pour all into a bowl and mash.
3. Make the fillings: stir fry garlic with oil and add 200g ground pork, season 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper and continue stirring until the pork is medium well add 120g diced Chinese sausage, let's stirring for 2 mins and you can turn off the heat and then pour all into a bowl.
4. Lay a piece of cling wrap large enough to handle your rice roll on a flat plate and scoop the sticky rice place it on top. Spread about 1 cup of cooked sticky rice on the cling wrap and flatten it evenly and with a surface enough for wrapping the fillings. Continue add the mashed potatoes and spread out around on sticky rice layer. With the help of the cling wrap, roll up rice from the end with the fillings and chill 30 mins.
5. Remove the cling film and place the sticky rice rolls into pan to fry until golden. Take it out of the pan and put in strainer to draining oil.
6. Use a knife to cut the fried sticky rice and enjoy it with sweet chili sauce, tomato sauce or whatever you like.

Onion Cakes Stuffed With Potatoes and Beef (Recipes).

150g Ground Beef
350g Potato, boil 10 mins then mash
250g Onion, slice
30g Dry onion, minced
80g Carrot, minced
50g Chili, minced
10g Coriander, minced
2tsp Salt
1tsp Pepper
Mozzarella cheese

πŸ”₯ Directions:
1. Cut the potato then Boil 10 mins;
2. Pour the boiled potatoes into a bowl and mash.
3. Stir fry beef with dry onion and season with 1tsp salt and 1tsp pepper
4. Mix the mashed potatoes with carrot, chili, coriander and
fried beef.
5. Cut the onion in half and separate each layer. Then soak with salt water for 10 minutes to reduce the pungency of onions.
6. Stuff the mixtured potatoes into the onion slices, creating a hump. And put on top of some mozzarella cheese. Yeah! so we have the onion cakes.
7. Next bake the potato cake 250Β°C for 10 minutes

Say goodbye to boring tofu, there is another winner in town: Stuffed Tofu in Tomato Sauce (Vegetarian version). Here is another Vietnamese-inspired recipe, it consists of tofu that is stuffed with shiitake mushroom, carrots, scallion ... and served in a sweet and tomato sauce. If you want to eat spicy, you can add chili 🌢.

πŸ₯— Ingredients:
350g/piece of Tofu, put tofu on a clean towel to help absorb water inside
300g Tomatoes, chopped
50g Shiitake mushroom, minced
50g Carrot, minced
20g Scallion, minced
20ml Soy sauce
1tps Sugar
1/2 tps Pepper
1/2 tps Salt
50ml Water
20ml Cooking oil

πŸ”₯ Directions:
1. Use a spoon to scoop out some of the white tofu in the center, making some room for us to stuff it later.
2. Make the filling: mash the white tofu that we have taken out with a fork and and mix with: 50g minced carrot, 20g minced scallion, 100g diced tomatoes, 50g minced shiitake mushroom, 1tps sugar, 1/2 tps pepper, 1/2 tps salt.
3. Then stuff the filling into the tofu pockets, creating a little hump. Repeat until all the tofu pockets are filled.
4. Then fry the tofu about 8-10 mins until outside of the tofu is golden.
5. Heat the pan add 200g chopped tomatoes, 1 cup water, 20ml soy sauce boil for 3-5 mins then add the stuffed tofu then cover and simmer for 20 mins till the tomatoes break up and turn into a sauce. While simmering, remember to regularly drizzle tomato sauce over the tofu.

Stuffed Tomato πŸ… is a delightful side dish recipe which can also go as a snack in parties and family dinners. Light and delicious, it is easy to make and you can conveniently cook it in any covered vessel.

πŸ₯— Ingredients:
500g Tomato, cut in half and remove the seeds
400g Tomato, pureed
200g Pork, finely ground
15g Scallion, minced
10g Coriander, minced
40g Garlic, minced
20g Chili
15g Wood ear mushrooms, chopped
30ml ketchup
3 tps Sugar
3 tps Pepper
1.5 tps Salt
20ml Cooking oil

πŸ”₯ Directions:
1. Mix the finely ground pork with pepper (1tps), salt (1/2 tps), sugar (1tps), wood ear mushrooms, scallion, coriander, chili, garlic (20g), cooking oil.
2. Stuffed the mixed pork into half of tomatoes.
3. Then fry the pork stuffed inside tomato about 5-10 mins until gold.
4. Make tomato sauce: fry the garlic (20g) then add pureed tomato, sugar (2tps), pepper (2tps), salt (1tps), ketchup, scallion and boil for 5 mins.
5. And then add the pork stuffed inside tomato in step3 to tomato sauce and boil for 10min until the tomato sauce is evenly absorbed into the meat you can turn off the heat.

Shrimp Cakes are juicy and flavorful, a crispy exterior with juicy and tender pieces of shrimp on the inside. The cakes are the perfect finger food that the whole family will love! πŸ’—

πŸ₯— Ingredients:
500g Shrimp, remove heads and devein (sand vein),
150g King oyster mushroom
100g Carrot, chopped
20g Garlic, minced
20g Dry onion, chopped
50g Scallion, chopped
2 Eggs, beaten
1tsp Oyster Sauce
1tsp cornstarch
1tsp Pepper, Sugar, Salt, Chili powder
Breadcrumbs
Crispy Fry

πŸ”₯ Directions:
1. Shrimp, remove heads and devein (sand vein) and mince
2. Mix Shrimp with: carrot, king oyster mushroom, garlic, dry onion, scallion and pepper, sugar, salt, chili powder
3. Form the shrimp mixture into 8-10 patties. You can use an ice cream scoop to make each sized portion.
4. Next, heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the shrimp cakes in a single layer and cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Gently flip on the other side, to not break the cakes.

This dish will fool the taste of anyone enjoying it for the first time. 100% meatless but tomato sauce tastes like you're eating spaghetti noodles, the crust is aromatic with garlic butter sauce.

Bread
160g Butter

Ingredients:
- Squid 500g
- Chicken breast 300g
- A Bell peppe
- A Cucumber
- A Corn
- Coriander 10g
- Dill 10g
- Scallion
- Pepper 2tsp
- Tomatoes: 3 fruits ~ 300g
- Chili Sauce: 20ml
- Ketchup: 20ml
- Sugar: 2tbs
- Salt: 2tsp
- Garlic: 20g
- Cooking Oil 20ml

Preparation:
1. Cut chicken (300g) into small pieces so that it can be blended more easily with the meat grinder.
2. Diced bell pepper; Take out the corn kernels; Chopped dill and coriander; puree the tomatoes.
3. Then mix all the above together and add Pepper (2tsb), Sugar (1tbs), Salt (1tsb), cooking oil (20ml). Mix it well! :)
4. After mixing chicken and spices please grind it again with the meat grinder.
5. Pour the chicken mixture into an ice cream bag and pump them inside the squid.
6. Steam the squid for 10 minutes.
7. First fry garlic(20g) then add pureed tomatoes(300g), Ketchup(20ml), Chili Sauce(20ml), Salt(1tbs), Pepper(1tbs) and remember to stir while cooking. and remember to stir for 5 minutes. Before turning off the heat, add some scallions.
8. Enjoy it ^^

*** NOTE ***
- Mix chicken and spices like salt, sugar, and pepper thoroughly before putting it in the blender to avoid lumps and uneven flavoring.
- Do not put too much chicken inside the squid because when cooked squid will shrink and the chicken inside will expand. You will have a dish that is not beautiful.

Ingredients :
- 5 chicken drumstick or 500g Chicken Meat
- Corn 150g
- Potatoes: diced baby 150g
- Carrots: diced baby 150g
- Lemon leaves 10g
- Scallions 30g
- Salt 1tbs
- Pepper 1 tbs
- Coca cola (coke) 500ml
- 500 ml water
- Mint leaves 10g
- Garlic 20g
- Gelatin 30g

Preparation:
1. Half-fried chicken drumstick so golden on both sides.
2. And then Braised meat with coke and a little Mint leaves + Lime Leaves.
3. Strain the bones out of the chicken.
4. Stir-fry garlic until it is golden add more corn, potatoes, carrots, scallions, do not forget salt and pepper.
5. Stir-fry about 2 more minutes to infuse seasoning and then add Water 500ml + Lemon leaves + Scallions boil for 5 min.
6. Add Gelatin soaked with water boil for 2 min.
7. Add Mint Leaves and turn off the heat
8. Enjoy It!
