Happenings Saturday, Dec. 6

Annual Christmas Drive Thru
The 5th Annual Christmas Drive Thru hosted by Together Morgan County in partnership with Frozen Head State Park & Natural Area will be held Saturday, Dec. 6 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. This free family event will take place rain or shine. Due to ongoing renovations within the park, this year’s drive thru route will begin just past the park visitor center – an update from previous years. Everyone is welcome.

Gospel Singing at Hardee’s
A Special Singing will be held at Hardee’s Restaurant in Wartburg Friday night, Dec. 5 at 6:30 p.m. A youth group from a church in Helenwood with Pastor Chad Hutson will sing Christmas songs plus the regular singers will be there. For more information, call Roy Freels at 865-253-0017. Make plans to attend.

Coat/Toy Drive and Bake Sale at Cash Express
Cash Express, located at 220 N Kingston Street in Wartburg will host a Coat and Toy Drive and Bake Sale on Wednesday, Dec. 3. All donations are welcome. Come and write your name on Santa’s stockings for a $1 donation.
