Our focus is on serious musicians that require higher quality rooms with great acoustics and minimal bleed-thru from other bands. We have many rooms that are rented on a monthly basis. Several different sizes and rates are available to suit your band. The building and all rooms are kept clean, operational, and respectable, day after day. We are constantly improving the building including a new roof, state the art surveillance system and biometric entry lock.
