Clean, scuff sand and repairs to start the prep process for a new project. A quick clean with White Lightening, assess any repairs and then a deeper clean with WL, followed by a scuff sanding, wipe down with 50/50 denatured alcohol and water. Fill in hardware holes, seams and dings with Dixid Belle mud. Now to relax and continue tomorrow by priming Dixie Belle Paint Company

🎨 Savi’s Bouquet is beautiful over Gel Stain in Walnut and American Honey. This kidney-shaped desk was updated in CMP Dried Sage, Juniper and Collard Greens. Copper Gilding wax on the cleaned original hardware adds the bit of sparkle while some shading stenciling in the Leaf Me Alone stencil added some more character.
