Friends,fans and people that just enjoy great music! The Gerry Beaudoin Trio has embarked on a new musical collaboration that I am proud to tell you about! I think you are going to like this!

First , for the time being we will not be performing at the regular Sunday Jazz Brunch at the Beacon Restaurant and Bar as we have for the last three years. A solo jazz guitarist will be filing that spot for the time being. His name is Bela Sarkozy, an old friend, and very good. I want to take the time to thank the owners of the Beacon Restaurant for hosting us the past three years, the wonderful staff who supported and accommodated us, our erstwhile and unflappable hostess Erica who had a smile and a laugh no matter what potential crisis might be unfolding and of course the owners of the Beacon who have us the time and support to build the best and most exciting jazz brunch on the North Shore of Boston! We have 297 members in our " Gerry Beaudoin's Waltham Jazz Jam " Facebook Group! Our goal was to get to 300 members in October . We are only three members away and it's only October 7! See you there. All musicians, students, amateur and professionals are welcome! Everybody gets a chance to play! Jazz listeners, the backbone of a jazz jam, and the jazz curious are welcome!

Another great week of gigs coming up and a great week last week. I love what I do for a living, " Jazz Guitar Will Travel"!

After three years my steady jazz brunch at The Beacon in Marblehead with the Gerry Beaudoin Jazz Duo is going stronger than ever every Sunday 11-2 PM. Yesterday was packed at the Beacon Sunday Brunch as all the boats are put away for the summer, beach attendance is slowing down and fall is here!

Gerry Beaudoin's Waltham Jazz Jam every Wednesday night 7-10 PM at Tempo's Bak-Bar is adding new players and listeners every week and welcoming back others! See you there this Wednesday September 25 7-10 PM.

Finally thank you for your support at my new Waltham Jazz residency at Stazione di Federal 123 Moody Street every other Friday and Saturday night 7-10 PM in the bar area. Saturday night even in the inclement weather we welcomed some of our fans for "dinner and jazz ". One couple came from Marblehead MA for dinner and then came to jazz brunch the next day at the Beacon. We had my old friends in from the Waltham Museum and two couples who saw the Gerry Beaudoin Trio with three time Grammy winning saxophonist Fred Lipsius from Blood,Sweat & Tears on the Waltham Common for Waltham Days last September! A funny thing happened also at Stazione Saturday night! In checking my Facebook posts about the Stazione di Federal gigs on my break, a women had posted she was actually " sitting at the bar with her friend" as she came across my posting on Facebook and affirmed she had enjoyed the music!

Really now what are the chances of that "coincidence " happening again?

Today, Sunday September 22 I am back at my weekly Sunday jazz brunch 11-2 PM at The Beacon in Marblehead ! We are in our third year! Special jazz guitar duo today with my good friend Eric Baldwin. See you there!

Wednesday September 25 the Gerry Beaudoin Trio is back hosting our weekly jazz jam at Tempo's Bak Bar 7-10 PM. All musicians and listeners welcome.

Friday and Saturday 7-10 PM September 20 and 21 I will be in the bar area performing well known jazz standards from the Great American Songbook. Folks, I had a great time performing with the Gerry Beaudoin Jazz Duo at Stazione di Federal last night on Moody Street in Waltham MA 7-10 PM. The restaurant was hopping and we,as well as the management, received many compliments on our music. Elegant music in an elegant setting! The food and the service are truly exceptional at Stazione di Federal. You need to check it out! Plenty of free parking and an elevator off of the parking lot to the dining area, bar and second floor bar!

We are at Stazione di Federal performing our signature brand of jazz every other Friday and Saturday night 7-10 PM starting Friday and Saturday September 20 and 21. We alternate with The Kevin Norris Duo.

Whether for an elegant dinner date or a drink and an appetizer with world class jazz come on down and see us. First class jazz in a first class setting! A dining and listening experience to be remembered!

Hi folks, Its time to get ready for my Saturday night September 14 "Gerry Beaudoin Jazz Duo at Stazione di Federal" 123 Moody Street Waltham MA 7-10 PM. Plenty of free parking in the rear and we will be in the bar area. I am looking forward to seeing you all come by and say hello, have a drink, and enjoy some elegantly prepared cuisine and hear some great jazz! Tomorrow night is me and Waltham jazz bass player Tom Petrakes.

" Stazione di Federal! We are alternating every other weekend with the Kevin Kevin T Norris Jazz Duo. My dates in September are
Friday 9/6 and Saturday 9/14 and Friday 9/20 and Saturday 9/21.
in October it is every other weekend starting with Friday 10/4 and Saturday 10/5. Guitar and acoustic bass performing well known jazz standards in the background to accompany and enhance your dining experience! I am looking forward to seeing you all there!
