VIDEO!!! Right now, Video is taking over all social media channels, and if you don’t capture your audience in the first 3 seconds, they are going to scroll right passed your content.

Find a hook, (heartstrings, humor, tips, knowledge…) whether it be tips for a certain category, or a product you’re launching, they need to know why they should keep watching as quickly as possible. How are you helping your audience? Our audience attention span is SHORT, so get that CTA right near the beginning of the video.

SHORT, concise videos will help your audience digest the info and possibly watch it again, this will cause the algorithm to push your video out to more people. 10 to 18 seconds in length is optimal.

If you can get your point across in less than 10 seconds, you triple the chance for people to watch your video more than once.

I’ve learned that when I share a reel, (without keeping in on my grid), I receive more eyeballs from non-followers. When I post reels to my feed, I get a lot of engagement from the people I know.

Video is King, but it’s best practice to test out all different types of assets on FB and IG.

Carousels are known to “stop the scroll” and 10-15 second Reels are capturing the eyes of potential customers/ followers.

Post that photo, but follow up with some video content, carousels and switch up your social game. Check your analytics to see what performed best/worst and start posting content that mimicks your best performing content!

I guarantee organic page growth, more engagement and even increased CTR.

Hashtags help pages grow organically, but they have to be used properly. You don’t need all 30 hashtaggies guys…

The ideal number of hashtags needed on are 8-11, but there should be strategy behind them.

Think about:
☑️Keywords that make sense with the goal of your post
☑️Using some broad hashtags as well as niche hashtags
☑️1 Branded hashtag is ok
☑️Key words that describe the image
☑️Simplicity goes a long way
☑️Throw those at the bottom of your post.
