Looking for an engineer please read details before responding

I’m going to make this post about every two weeks until I find someone so disregard it if you keep seeing it haha

I will be looking for an engineer to start training to take over some of the work at the studio. I’m not wanting to train from scratch so pro tools experience is a MUST. I don’t mind training just not from scratch
and even though it will be predominantly hip hop sessions experience with live instruments is crucial and understanding basic music theory is very important

After 35 years of recording I am getting burned out and want to step back some. Not to mention I am also getting burned out on the quality of things. MP3s YouTube beats and musicianship going down yearly. So I need a guy who is where I used to be. Inspired to be in a studio creating with artists and the new school mindset and doesn’t mind even generating his own work

Why do I keep getting tagged in everyone’s stupid @ highlight and @ followers !!!!?????
It’s people I don’t even follow yet somehow I get notifications. I literally unfollow every single person that I get this from it’s so so so annoying. Why do these notifications show up on people I don’t follow or even know. !!!!!!!
