Here's the secret to getting over a creative block 1. Change your scenery. For me as a hair artist doing the same thing over and over again can be uninspiring. I love catching flights or getting in my car and going somewhere local to find inspiration. Sometimes all it takes is a new environment to reignite your creativity. Changing your surroundings can do wonders to your creative spirit. 2. Log off of Social Media For me, it became a habit to just grab my phone in the mornings and start scrolling on Instagram and TikTok. It started to take up so much of my time. I find peace in logging off of social media for 24 to 48 hours and totally detaching. Make sure you disable all notifications so you won't be tempted to login. Take this time to pick up a book, meditate, or learn something new.
