To qualify, you must: have a household size of 6-8 people, be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, possess a FICO score of 640 or greater, be a resident of Fresno County for at least one year, be willing to complete at least 500 hours of sweat equity, have the ability to pay an affordable mortgage, and demonstrate a need for safe, decent, and affordable housing.
