Jessica Lozano-Delgado was born in Visalia CA and her father Frank Delgado taught her at a young age that capturing moments on film is the best gift and passion that someone could ever have. iting software for the Jessica in 6th grade and she taught herself how to edit and create pieces of art that she would later submit to The Tulare County Fair and win 1st prize - more than once. When Jessica turned 15 she became employed with Visalia Times-Delta, and learned from the Associated Press photographers that photographs can never be captured from just standing at one spot. She photographed concerts up close and personal, throughout her journalism years, and met Country artist's such as Lonestar, Brad Paisley, Sara Evans, Brooks N' Dunn, and many more. Her photographs have graced the front page of VTD more than once, and all throughout the pages and the Choices Magazine that publishes on Fridays. After leaving VTD at the age of 20, she started photographing more children, families, weddings and public events. Jessica's portfolio is filled with many styles of photography, and with her artistic eye, she knows how to turn a photo of a child laughing into a masterpiece. Jessica receieved her bachelors in Liberal Studies at Fresno State and works well with infants, children and adults.
