Congrats to my friend Reynaldo on securing a bigger home for his lovely growing family. This is my third transaction with him. He left the area due to Military, but a combination of faith and opportunity brought him back to the 757.🙏🏡

✅ We took advantage of less competition during the holidays to negotiate seller credit to cover majority of closing costs.

✅ We got him back into a neighborhood he loves that is coincidentally close to the first house he bought.

Thanks for trusting me to look out for you and your family. We got it done right before your landlord raises the rent by that ridiculous amount.

Once again I was blessed with the opportunity to do what I love to bring in the new year. I got to curate the classy and fun vibes at Orion's Roof Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort and I'm grateful for their team's hospitality. I was also very happy to see so many familiar faces that came to party with me. I am looking forward to seeing what all the wonderful experiences I get to be a part of in 2025. 🫶🎉😊

Crazy Fun Coincidence:

My first wedding of 2024 was in January at The Gala 417 for Maria and Brian.
Today is my final wedding of 2024 at, you guessed it, Gala 417 and it is for Nekae and Alex.

More Coincidences:
- Both are multicultural weddings, so I will blend music genres for both sides of the family to enjoy.
- Both brides work in the medical field.
- Both wanted club vibes and energy for their reception.
- When asked, they both hired me for the same reasons. I am from Belize (Central America/ Caribbean) and grew up with similar cultural experiences. Versatility in music genres and knowledge, I grew up immersed in Spanish music genres, and Caribbean music genres and learned "American" music doing destination weddings in Belize and international event experiences.

I'm so happy to cross paths with these lovely couples and everyone else I get to spread joy to with the power of good music.
