February Black Sea Bass is quickly approaching! Book a trip!
We will have walk-ons Feb 7,8,9,21,22,23. If one date gets cancelled due to weather you will be able to roll over to the next date. Limited to 8 people!
Every other date in Feb is available for private charter.

We had a fun/ small (6 people) walk on today for our last day in Deltaville before going back to Rudee in Va beach. Caught dozens of fish and everyone took home some good dinner.

We have dates open on our website. we have switched to a new booking system and are still learning it, on the “public near shore trip” make sure you are selecting 10hr not 12hr. You can also book direct via text or messenger.

We have a heated cabin for those cool mornings, new cockpit curtains, and a freshly painted deck!

We forgot to post the update but a few weeks ago we left Hampton and moved in to our new slip in Va Beach. This is hopefully a permanent move for us! We are liking fisherman’s wharf marina very much already! Fishing has been good also! Spanish mackerel, bluefish, cobia, and red drum have been keeping us busy!

We will be advertising wreckfish walkons soon! Those will be starting September going through the fall! Don’t forget you can also book a full charter if you have friends and family going (sometimes it’s cheaper for your group).

We started the day yesterday with finding our morning trip had brought a banana onboard. Then it spiraled from there, we got swarmed with flies, pulled off cobia, then the wind turned up half way through our morning trip. Our afternoon trip, the weather forecast was completely wrong. The wind was WAY higher and was not from the NW. Coming in we saw at least 7 foot waves at cape Henry. This video is while we’re trolling back in and right after it got much worse! Some days I complain about having a older and slower boat, but yesterday it made me realize that Havoc is a old girl that is built like a literal tank. Our charter even said the waves were fun. LYNNHAVEN inlet needs to be dredged, we came off a wave and saw only 2 feet below us and all the water in the bay was getting pushed in that direction. Don’t bring a Banana on my boat. EVER

It was great day for a boat ride! Spring is approaching fast so tell your friends, make some plans, and book a charter with Havoc! Early spring, we'll be looking at targeting Black Drum, Red Drum, and other select species. As the water gets warmer you'll then have Cobia, Spadefish, Spanish Mackeral, Bluefish, Flounder, Sharks, and other bottom fish to keep you busy!

During your charter, this 42-foot Sportfish Vessel will become fully yours. "HAVOC" is fully equipped with state of the art safety equipment including electronics, floatation devices, and accident prevention systems that are above standards of other vessels. Additionally, "HAVOC" offers comfortable seating inside including a full couch and reclining chairs. Inside you will find a television, A/C and heating, as well as a full bathroom. Comfortable seating with a view is available on the flybridge with Captain Brandon and there is ample space in the rear for your fishing group.

Captain Brandon Baldwin and his crew have all fished in the Chesapeake Bay area since they were children. They are full of stories and fun to keep any crowd entertained. When it comes to fishing, Captain Brandon and his crew know all of the hotspots in the area and will use their experience and skills to make the rods bend with keeper-sized fish. Whether you’re casting for Spadefish, chumming for Cobia or trolling for Striped Bass, our crew knows how to get fish on the deck and into your coolers.

As a reminder: our first mate works for tips! He will assist you in everything fishing related (including cleaning fish to take home!) and 20% tip is customary.
