IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR OUR CABLE CUSTOMERS

Our cable TV system will be undergoing a major upgrade, which will significantly affect our DVR product.

Due to this upgrade, all existing recordings will be deleted and unrecoverable. We ask that all customers with existing DVR recordings, view their recordings before February 1, 2025. After February 1, 2025, these recordings will no longer be available to view.

Any programming set to automatically record, such as series recordings, will need to be set up to start recording again after February 1, 2025.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Notice for all of our Cable TV customers that carry the Sports package. The PAC-12 network will stop broadcasting June 30 2024.

Channels 310-316

Specifically, the following schools have announced that they are leaving the PAC-12 Conference on July 1, 2024 for the Big Ten Conference and the Big 12 Conference:
• USC, UCLA, Oregon and Washington – will be joining the Big Ten Conference
• Colorado, Arizona, Arizona State and Utah – will be joining the Big 12 Conference
