Door-to-Door Sales ... SAY NO and Call 911 !!!
Over the past 100 years the traveling door-to-door sales industry has become a cesspool of crime. Specifically the door to door selling of cleaner products and magazine subscriptions along with Kirby Vacuum Cleaners. Our non-profit organization (The Dedicated Memorial Parents Group
www.dedicatedmemorial.org and www.magazinesalescrews.com) has documented over 450 high
profile felony cases (mostly assaults, r**es and murders) and 110 deaths directly connected to the selling
of cleaner products, vacuum cleaners and magazine subscriptions.
The door to door sales industry is only regulated in the State of Wisconsin. Before the SB-4 Legislation became
law we had 12 deaths, 1 r**e case and 1 murder case. After the State Bill named after my beautiful daughter
"Malinda's Traveling Sales Crew Protection Act" became law in April of 2009 Wisconsin has not had a single crime.
The industry will not come to Wisconsin because they cannot pass the tests that the law imposes on them.
On March 25, 1999 my 18 year old daughter Malinda was killed along with 6 other kids in one of the most deadly
and horrific vehicle accidents in the history of the State. The accident also maimed for life 5 other young kids.
Our poster child Monica Forgues died two years ago. She was paralyzed from the neck down and was only 34 years old.
For the past 20 years I have been working to put the door to door sales industry out of business and to put the
company managers, presidents, CEOs, owners in prison. We have had very good results with stopping the crime
but because of our 1st amendment it has been very difficult to go after the chain of organized crime.
The kids are indentured servants not employees of the company which also presents a legal problem.
But over the years the courts have managed to see through this ploy and we have had very good results
with both criminal and civil lawsuits.
So please do your community a favor and spread the word: DO NOT OPEN YOUR DOOR TO A DOOR TO DOOR SALESMAN !!!
CALL 911 and MAKE SURE TO LOCK YOUR DOOR !!!
You will be putting your life and the lives of your family in danger if you let them in.
