Bekah: The citrus industry was my gateway into agriculture, and little did I know it would spark a deep passion for produce, especially citrus. What excites me most about the industry is the shared enthusiasm; from the dedication of growers to the commitment of retailers, passion truly runs through every aspect of this field. It's inspiring to be part of a community that values and celebrates citrus as much as I do.

Sydney: What I find most rewarding in my work is acting as the connector who brings all the pieces together. This industry thrives on relationships, understanding the needs of both growers and retailers, and staying adaptable in the face of challenges like weather events that are completely out of our control. Every day calls for quick thinking and a readiness to pivot. I love being part of finding solutions to real problems. At the end of the day, we’re all in this together, and that sense of collaboration is incredibly fulfilling.
