Shaolin Pictures Founded 1984

In 1983 Richard Del Connor attended a ‘Music Business Law Class’ at UCLA by Richard Schulenberg. Richard and Richard hit it off and were forming Shaolin Records when Richard S. got hired by SONY. So Richard Del Connor sat in the SONY office as Richard S. pumped out the legal documents required to start a record company and music publishing company. With some additions for ‘formats’ and ‘media’ and ‘distribution’ that were not in existence then--the contracts have been modified over the past 34 years. Now we are writing “YouTube Distribution Agreements.”
