🌟 Announcing Our FIERCE Woman of the Month for July: Adelyn Payne! 🌟

We are delighted to honor Adelyn Payne as our FIERCE Woman of the Month for July! 🎉

Adelyn, a Venice native, chose a unique path by pursuing a career in aviation maintenance in the Air Force after deciding nursing school wasn’t for her. Her enlistment took her to Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico, where she has excelled and made her mark in a challenging field. Payne also received the top award as a NCO in training, the John L. Levitow, during her Airman Leadership schooling. “It was named after an Airman First Class who pretty much saved the lives and an airframe,” she said. “I didn't expect it at all, but it is a pretty prestigious award, so I felt a lot of pride in that.

Join us in celebrating Adelyn and her remarkable achievements! 🌿💪
