After taking a class in September 2023 we continues to work towards our financial goals to ensure we were in the best position possible to purchase a home and maintain financial stability. In September of 2024 we met with Paul and our broker , Josh and closed on an amazing home in November. Paul brought expert advice and guided us every step of the way with great communication for all parties involved in the closing process. We could not be happier with our decision to work with Paul and the guild mortgage team.
