Our Artist Showcase to celebrate the 2026 publication of the Salmon Creek Journal was a success!

Thank you everyone who showed up to support us and thank you to our amazing artists who made this possible. As some of you may know, the Salmon Creek Journal has not done a celebration event for some time, so this event was a huge milestone for us as an organization. Next year we plan to continue growing and creating community here at WSUV.

RSVP to join us in VMMC 107 on February 20th from 11 AM to 3 PM as WSUV’s art technician, Noah Matteucci, teaches us a bookbinding technique known as the coptic stitch. You come ready to learn a new skill, and we provide the supplies—as well as food! This event will be a great opportunity to make something you’re proud of, meet new people, and learn more about the Salmon Creek Journal and ArtX!
