When life gives you chaos, dice it up and fry it up. Then slap an egg on it and get your head right. 🍽 This plate of Carnitas Hash with salsa Verde and poached eggs is the purposeful pivot we needed this morning. Shout out to .wa for filling our bellies with all the tasty things.

You should make this Cajun Pasta with chopped shrimp and sausage a spicy cream cheese sauce.

Do this:
Salt your boiling water and boil Pasta. Reserve ½ cup water for sauce.
Season Smoked Sausage, Chopped Shrimp, onion, and bell pepper with Old Bay and salt and pepper. Cook and set aside.

For the Sauce:
In the same pan you used for the proteins, add:
2 TB butter
2 garlic cloves
1 cup chicken broth
1 TB flour mixed into broth
1 can crushed tomato
1 TB brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
*Kashmiri Chili powder
*black pepper
* As much as you like
1 block Cream Cheese cubed
Some pasta water to thin sauce if needed

•Sauté garlic in butter
•Wisk in everything besides the cream cheese over medium heat
•Cook down a couple of minutes
•Add cream cheese and melt
•Adjust seasonings to your liking

Toss in Pasta and protein sauté
Top with cheese if you like

▪︎Spicy Chimi Rub
▪︎Smoked Provolone
▪︎Rosemary Garlic bread

For tonight's Chimichurri, I mixed Al Frugoni Chimi Rub with fresh chopped cilantro, jalapeño, garlic powder, red wine vinegar, EVOO, and Hickory smoked salt and pepper from
Put it in a jar, shake, and set aside while you prepare the meat.
