The Bikini Bottom Breeze Mocktail

½ cup Olipop Pineapple Paradise
¼ cup OJ
2TB Passion fruit puree
1 tsp Agave syrup
Edible Gold glitter
Ice

•In a shaker with ice add OJ, Passion fruit puree, agave syrup and glitter.
•Shake shake shake
•Pour into glass with ice
•Top with Olipop Pineapple Paradise
•Gently stir
•Sip Loudly and Enjoy 🍍✨️

Beef Stroganoff with Bachan's :
•1lb ground beef
•2TB butter
•Half onion chopped
•Mushrooms sliced
•1TB Garlic Powder
•1tsp Black Pepper
•1½ cups beef broth
•½ cup dry sake or water for N/A
•1TB tamari
•1tsp corn starch
•2TB Bachan's Japanese BBQ sauce
•1TB dijon mustard
•½ cup sour cream
•1tsp Smoked paprika
•Kashmiri Chili powder to taste
•Salt if needed
•Egg noodles cooked
Green onions and more Kashmiri

Feel free to adjust amount of spice to your liking.

Butter skulls melting over steak like a dark romance. Ed Gein would’ve called this edible art. 🎃
The butter is rich, garlicky, with a touch of heat, dripping flavor into every bite.

Save this Spicy Chimichurri compound butter for your next spooky steak night meal.
💀🥩 Recipe ⬇️

1 stick softened salted butter
3 garlic cloves, fine chopped
1 TB Spicy Chimichurri Rub
1 TB chives, sliced thin
½ tsp Onion powder
½ tsp Lemon Pepper
½ tsp Kashmiri Chili powder

•Sauté chopped garlic until fragrant
•Mix everything in a bowl
•Taste and adjust seasonings
•Spread into a silicone mold
•Place in freezer until firm
•Remove and enjoy

Catch me outside, in the off season.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy summertime, but the real magic happens in the off season, when the crowds fall back into their busy routines and the air is crisp, the leaves are changing color with the crunchy sounds under my feet, the fish jumping, sending ripples out and ducks quaking on the lake are welcomed "noise" from my racing mind.
