20 prepaid hot meals for anyone who might need one! The Vancouver Facebook community stepped up, WAY up. Thank you to everyone who stopped in, who DMed with well wishes or asking how to help out. Thank you for sharing your stories and your time with us, and a huge thank you for your gracious in turning the empty board completely full in like 4 hours.
I've had the privilege of working in some pretty dope kitchens and have had some pretty fun services, but tonight was easily my favorite day I've ever had in a kitchen.
Now let's spread the word and empty the board! If you, your family, or anyone you might know could use a hot meal, we've got a full board to use, and will also be doing the shutdown special as well.

Edit: as of dinner time on Wednesday Oct 29th there are well over 70 meals up on our small board! We've served nearly 60 people today alone with your gracious and generous support. It's humbling and hopeful to see the community rally around our friends and neighbors in need.

I'm sticking to spatchcock and smoked with Hickory.

I like to use my Spaceman Knives Brisket slicer for the holiday bird too, works beautifully for clean cuts.

Save this Recipe 👇🍍

The Bikini Bottom Breeze Mocktail

½ cup Olipop Pineapple Paradise
¼ cup OJ
2TB Passion fruit puree
1 tsp Agave syrup
Edible Gold glitter
Ice

•In a shaker with ice add OJ, Passion fruit puree, agave syrup and glitter.
•Shake shake shake
•Pour into glass with ice
•Top with Olipop Pineapple Paradise
•Gently stir
•Sip Loudly and Enjoy 🍍✨️

Beef Stroganoff with a twist. This is comfort food that hugs back until you yell Umami.
Creamy, beefy, with Asian inspired flavors for a cozy fusion of yum that's done in 20 minutes.
Who needs fancy when you’ve got flavor like this?

Beef Stroganoff with Bachan's :
•1lb ground beef
•2TB butter
•Half onion chopped
•Mushrooms sliced
•1TB Garlic Powder
•1tsp Black Pepper
•1½ cups beef broth
•½ cup dry sake or water for N/A
•1TB tamari
•1tsp corn starch
•2TB Bachan's Japanese BBQ sauce
•1TB dijon mustard
•½ cup sour cream
•1tsp Smoked paprika
•Kashmiri Chili powder to taste
•Salt if needed
•Egg noodles cooked
Green onions and more Kashmiri

Feel free to adjust amount of spice to your liking.
