If it doesn't require unhinging your jaw, did you even build a proper BBQ Burger, Bro?! 🍔📈

By candle’s flicker, the paring knife sings. Holiday feasts born from shadowed things. So what Im trying to say is that has a tough, easy to hold paring/utility kitchen knife for all your upcoming holiday food prep. I'd secure one now before the masses do. A quality knife is a must own kitchen essential.

Sloppy Hatch Chile Empanadas with a creamy Hatch Chile Verde 🤌✨️ Recipe Bellow

This is my entry for Hatch Chile Champ contest

Sloppy Hatch Chile Empanadas
½ lb ground beef
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup roasted, chopped hatch chiles
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup BBQ sauce
Dash or two Worcestershire
1 TB brown sugar
1 tsp yellow mustard
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and Pepper
Chihuahua Quesadilla Cheese
Empanada rounds

•Brown ground beef and drain
•Saute Onions
•Add back beef
•Add the remaining ingredients except for cheese
•Mix and cook a few minutes
•Adjust seasonings
•Stuff empanada rounds with meat and cheese
•Deep fry or bake at 350°F until they are browned to your liking

☆Top with Hatch Salsa Verde

Today for "Try Something New Thursday," I picked up this savory breakfast toast: whole grain sourdough with smoked trout and cream cheese spread, capers, radish, and za'atar and a raspberry puff pastry. It was delightful.
