The Eclectic Blender used to air on WVLP, 98.3 FM, Wednesdays from 10 PM CST - Midnight. You can listen to a live stream of the program on www.wvlp.org.

The EB blends music from all genres, including material not normally heard on the airwaves. The Eclectic Blender is underwritten by the Porter County Museum, located at 153 south Franklin Street in downtown Valparaiso, just southeast of the courthouse square. Those who feel they'll be safe if everything changes should remember that there were times when Irish immigrants were not considered equal, when Italian and other Mediterranean immigrants were considered too emotional and irrational, when Catholics were considered a dangerous religion of immigrants, when poorer whites were not subject to literal slavery but made indentured servants.
Those who announce themselves superior to certain cultures, ethnicities or creeds consider themselves superior to everyone, including those of their own cultures and creed. They will have no problem enslaving, even by low wage slavery, those lower economic classes on themselves. After all, it's either God's will or they're genetically inferior for not being able to be at the top.
