Today is a very special day for me! It marks one year since I started a new chapter of my life. Leaving radio and joining Nimey Auto Group.

Do I miss being a part of people's mornings... yes.
Do I miss my old co-workers... yes.
Do I miss sacrificing my emotional and mental health for a job... not even close.

So many people have asked why I left my job, and it really means a lot to see everyone truly cares for me. It never had to do with my work bestie or hating radio. It was a move I needed to do for myself and my well being.

Regardless of how hard you work for a job or what awards may come with it, you should never feel degraded every day you walk in the door. YOU are important, valued, and worth it. Your health is more important than the job.

Respect is huge for me, and I have felt that from the Nimey family ever since I started. I work in a place where I feel support from every level, and that's what has made me beyond happy this past year. (And I can still be a content creator!)

I miss having a job where I knew every day I was making my family, friends and hometown proud. But now I know I didn't need a job to do that. I just need to be me and that's enough ❤️

Poured a prior harbor staple in memoriam.

Though I don't live there, Baltimore means a whole lot more to me than just a football team. There are very few times I'm not talking or thinking about that city. The people, culture and history mean the world to me... and even more to those down there.

By no means was this an easy decision to make. The amount of work that goes on behind the scenes is tremendous. The fact Polly is still working to make something happen shows how much we care about local artists and country music fans in Central New York.

Before you decide to fill BIG FROG 104's inbox with hate and "how it should be done"... realize if it was that simple (AND if the nay-sayers actually came to the event), we wouldn't be in this scenario.
