MUST reside in the Mid-Atlantic area of the USA between Virginia and New York only. Here’s how to submit: Send your resume in Windows friendly format (msword or pdf) Make sure each resume has No photos on it and each job is listed in 3 columns, left to right stating: Job, role, production company. Only full resumes are accepted, never stating “partial list” on a resume. Always have theater jobs at the bottom of your resume. We do not work in theater and this experience is not relevant for this agency.

On camera talent. If they're submitted for a job on an acting database, it is expected that said talent review their emails regularly each day. I've got a hot project sent out not only through the database but I also sent out individual emails to those who didn't respond by Friday evening. Still 1/2 of the auditions spots are blank. It's required that all talent accept or decline the audition when seen, if there's an issue, like you're on hold for the audition day, you broke your leg skiing, etc.. keep me in the loop. If I don't see a dramatic reduction of no responses for on camera's the roster will have more vacancies. Client: I'd like to hire two actors, $45.00hr for 5 hours work, use, in perpetuity social.
Me: You'll need to up that rate by several thousand dollars.
In the end we compromised on a rate, but then found the script was very political regarding abortion.
Update:
I told the client my opinions on this subject are in my signature but each talent has their own thoughts. None of the talent requested felt comfortable with the script to consider the role. Sharing the script was much appreciated. Frequently for political action campaigns, you get locked into a job before you know what you will be required to say.

Never take a job just to get a job. That consistently keeps the rates lower than what they should be. If anything is in perpetuity make sure you get your money's worth out of it. If you are being seen or heard forever, get paid for that amount, not a couple of hundred of dollars. Or educate the client on what they really want usage wise. Sometimes they do not understand that a 1-2 year project is really limited to that time frame.

We had a team effort today in Los Angeles! Dan booked a voice over job and per the client, recorded in their preferred studio, aka Tim's studio, Soundbox LA. Michelle tied it all together and we had one IMPRESSIVE session! Glad all went well and looks like it was a great time!

Today we had a repeat client come back for their usual rush for a particular talent. I called the talent before I responded and asked their approval to work said job, as long as we receive payment up front. The talent agreed with me. This client tends to pay us 90 days after our invoice, sometimes a few days before, sometimes a few days afterward. Either way that's 1/4 of a year to receive payment for a job. which is totally unacceptable.
We are waiting to hear back and see if we will be paid before we work, or we will not work at all. Don't let clients take advantage of you.

Seeking child talent for acting and print ages 4-8 to add to our roster. Our child actors are fabulous, but they grow fast. We are looking to add new faces with parents who have flexible schedules.
Most jobs are located from Virginia to New York.
Any talent would be required to get professional head shots per our recommendations from an established, professional photographer. Every year the child would need updated professional photos because children’s looks change fast.
At this time we only need children age 4-8, no other talent.
