Last week, V.C.R blessed our fundraiser with an ethereal violin performance while Laurie Anderson watched in a trance. V.C.R had a sweet sentiment to share on how the roots Laurie put down through her work paved the way for V.C.R’s own creativity. We’re sure V’s work will go on to inspire many after her as well ✨

Performing at our Salon: lucy liyou
Lucy Liyou synthesizes field recordings, text-to-speech readings, poetry, and elements from Korean folk opera into sonic narratives that explore the implications of Orientalism and Westernization. This moment was captured during Rewire festival in the city of The Hague, Netherlands.
On April 9th at @lariverLA they will be performing at our intimate fundraiser, the Creative Cultivation Salon alongside Violinist & Composer V.C.R. Also in attendance will be Laurie Anderson as our guest of honor and Darone Sassounian for a DJ set.
