Of all the gigs coming up I think I am most excited for ELIXR 1 Year Anniversary Party (Brett’s 30th 🥳)this Wednesday! Celebrating the birthday's of dat boi Brett Mullen as well as 1 year of mid-week bangers at Remedy!

I'll be unloading some ivy lab/eprom/sayer broken computer type hip-hop driven beats alongside some other mind melting tracks that were just a bit too left-field for the b2b2b with Khan Kuma and ikhanhik the other weekend.

*3 Live acts (one band, one producer playing keys/live looping, one lyricist w/live instrumental)
*3 Scratch Djs

Like any of my Hoodwink sets, or the Eastside Boogie monthly at MAD BAR, you can expect an ecclectic, funky, bass-driven, and hip-hop derived variety of flavors, with an intergalactic theme and a planetarium style 3d projection mapping installation for the eyeballs

As far as gritty, experimental, forward thinking bass music/ beats rudebois are out there floating on an entirely different plane of gnarliness.
I'm really looking forward to hearing and .bass channel that energy into their sets through the huge boi system like a beautiful vortex of alien cyborg malfunction.

Going through all my trap playlists for Elixr tomorrow is giving me big pre-covid nostalgic feels, I love a good dubplate as much as the next guy but there's def a special place in my heart for that ATLiens , Quix, Nitti Gritti, and Tynan type sound that got me turned onto Djing and electronic music in the first place in Michael Rakus 's basement in Johnstown, just trying to build my chops up and maybe one day play the then coveted Cruze Bar side stage (RIP).

Not only do we have the Boiling Point UK takeover this Saturday, but May 17th we'll be at The Bridge Music Bar for one of the baddest breaks & UKG producers coming out out Manchester, Oldboy. It's the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine. Next Friday is our only chance to dance away the apocalypse, and we need your help. With 2 stages of music and a very *spicy* mix of house, dubstep, funky bass, dnb, and UKG, there's something for everyone to get down to, and proper soundsystem pushing clean thumpin bass all night long.
