Charges say he r a p e d a woman acquaintance on Thursday during a get-together whom he had not previously had a s*xual relationship with.

His first court appearance is scheduled for Monday, and no bail amount is currently listed.

Lamar Antonio Thomas, 04/12/1985, was arrested by Bloomington PD on Tuesday on warrants in two counties for being a non-compliant predatory offender. He'd been wanted on both warrants since 2021.
Thomas has a prior conviction for Aggravated Criminal S*xual Abuse out of Cook County, Illinois that involved a 4-year-old.

JOEL ERIC BLANKENSHIP, 46, of Bloomington is in custody charged with 4 counts of possessing child p𝚘rn. Following a tip and search warrant, investigators found over 600 electronic images and videos involving childr𝚎n as young as 1 to 8 y𝚎ars old engaged in s𝚎x acts.

William Guy Amick III, 36, 6ft3, 123 lbs, dark brown hair, blue eyes.
Amick also goes by “E.”

Amick is charged in Fillmore Co. District Court with 13 felony counts related to child s*xual abuse material. He lived in Mabel and Rushford, Minn., for approximately two years until May 2023. His whereabouts since that time are unknown. He may or may not still be in Minnesota.

Amick often uses a false female identity when interacting with other men online to create child s*xual abuse material involving the men’s children. Investigators believe Amick receives payments from people who support his online activities.

His financial supporters may not know his true identity nor be aware of his criminal activity.

Saint Paul Police investigating s*xual assault after residential burglary in Macalester Groveland neighborhood

Just before 4:30 a.m. on April 15, Saint Paul officers were called to a residence on the 300 block of Snelling Avenue South on a report of a s*xual assault.

When officers arrived, they spoke to the adult female victim who stated she was sleeping when she heard someone pounding on the side door of her home. An unknown male forced entry into the home. The suspect robbed the victim of money before pulling out a weapon and s*xually assaulting her. The male suspect fled the home after the assault and the victim called 911. Saint Paul Fire medics transported the victim to Regions Hospital to be evaluated.

Officers secured the scene and began to search the neighborhood for the suspect. The male suspect was not located. He is described as an African American male, 25 to 35 years old, 5’10” to 5’11”, wearing a black t-shirt, black pants with a zipper on the right leg and black heavy soled shoes. He is described as dark complected and having a vertical scar extending from his sternum to his belt line.

Investigators with the police department's s*xual violence unit have been working since early this morning to determine who is responsible for this crime. In addition, members of the forensic services unit have processed the scene with the hope that they could locate evidence that could assist investigators with identifying the person responsible.

Hundreds of images of child p**n while crossing the border: STAYED SENTENCE

A Tennessee man has received a stayed three-year prison sentence in Roseau County, Minn., for possessing child p**nography.

Border agents stopped Miguel Acosta Caipe as he attempted to cross from the U.S. into Canada at Roseau because of suspicious items in his vehicle and electronics. He was taken into custody as he re-entered the U.S.

Armed with a search warrant, our agents found hundreds of images and videos depicting child s*xual abuse on Caipe’s electronic devices. Our predatory crimes agents conducted the investigation along with the Roseau County Sheriff’s Office, Customs Border Protection and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Nearly 30 years in federal prison for Pine City man for his years-long child p**n and s*xual exploitation scheme.

Caleb Vincent McLaughlin, 26, was charged last summer in connection to s*xually exploiting minors through the use of social media, including enticing or coercing some victims to engage in prostitution or s*x acts.

A Pine City man has been sentenced to 350 months in federal prison for producing, receiving, and distributing images of child p**nography.

Bryan Bruce Hanson, 45, of Crystal has been sentenced to 59 months in prison on four counts of possessing child p**n.

Hanson was sentenced to a total of 167 months on the four counts (27, 36, 45, 59 months, respectively), but Hennepin County Judge Lisa K. Janzen ordered the sentences to be served concurrently (together).

So, : 14 years = 3.2 years in prison under Minnesota's 2/3s sentencing rule.

Additionally, two more felony counts of child p**n were left unadjudicated due to being lesser offenses.

Hanson also has a prior 2010 conviction on possession of child p**n.

Andrew L. Schuba, 05/23/1993, of Shoreview was arrested on warrant and is charged with 8 felony counts of possessing child p**n.

The charges stem from a 2022 tip to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that a social media platform had been used to upload child p**n content that was eventually associated with Schuba through subscriber and IP info.

An investigation took place and a warrant was subsequently executed. Several cell phones were seized from Schuba's possession and vehicle that contained nearly 4 dozen videos and images of child p**n.

Graphic details in the complaint describe the videos containing s*xual assaults and violence involving young boys and girls and adults.

Schuba made a court appearance this morning and has since posted bond and is out of custody.

Serial spanker Sean Allan Muehlbauer, 09/02/1983, has been arrested twice in the last week by Bloomington police in two cases.

Charged in one case with 2 cts of 5th degree criminal s*xual conduct/masturbation in the presence of minors and 2 cts of indecent exposure.

Charged in the other case with indecent exposure and defacing a motor vehicle registration.

In one case, Muehlbauer allegedly exposed himself to children near Olson Middle School in two separate incidents, and exposed himself to someone near Normandale Community College, and another person in a gym parking lot. Details aren't immediately available in the other case.

In all cases, he was in a red Nissan Versa with obscured plates.

Additionally, Muehlbauer lives adjacent to Valley View Elementary School and park near 90th St and 2nd Ave S.

Williamshah Qazi Qawi, 07/17/1958, of downtown Minneapolis,
3xx Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis Public Housing (MPHA).

CHARGED:
--Criminal S*xual Conduct - 1st Degree - Pe*******on - Armed w/Dangerous Weapon
--(2 counts) Assault-2nd Degree-Dangerous Weapon

Charges say Qawi assaulted two victims and s*xually assaulted one of them. Both had visible injuries including bruising and lacerations. Both had head injuries and one was treated for a brain bleed.

Both victims said Qawi used a hatchet/knife as a weapon.

Witness 1 later told police she heard screaming in the 9th floor hallway and saw Qawi fully naked, dragging Victim 1 who was also naked. Qawi had a knife in his right hand and was stating “I’m going to kill yo ass” and then looked at Victim 2 and said, “I’m going to kill you bitches.”

Witness 2 told police that he saw Qawi naked on top of Victim 1 strangling her in the hallway.

Witness 3, a security guard, told police he saw the Qawi dragging Victim 1 down the hallway. He then saw Victim 2 exit Qawi’s apartment. He observed facial injuries on Victim 2. Witness 3 placed defendant in handcuffs and waited for officers to arrive.

A butcher knife with blood on it was recovered by police at the scene.

Qawi also has another pending case on a charge of felony 3rd degree assault. He was wanted on a warrant in that case.

Qawi is in custody at this time.

He was arrested New Year's weekend after skipping bail and being wanted on warrants in the cases since 2021.

Repeat s*x offender Eric Otto Lasley, 04/16/1976, is in custody in Hennepin County on a warrant for failure to comply with release conditions.

Lasley has a prior 1998 conviction on 3rd degree criminal s*xual conduct, and was convicted in another case earlier this month on 3rd degree criminal s*xual conduct. Under a plea agreement, another separate 3rd degree CSC case was dismissed at sentencing this month. Lasley was sentenced to 108 months in prison, but was credited with 108 months already spent in prison.

Lasley is under supervision until 2033 and was supposed to make contact with the DOC for a release plan following his sentencing but failed to do so. He was arrested on warrant on Friday.

NEW: Matthias Josiah Riddle, 02/11/2005-age 18, (prior addresses listed on Cole Ave SE in Minneapolis and Beech St in St. Paul) has been charged with 1st degree criminal s-xual conduct involving a minor age 13.

Charges say the victim was a missing person and was staying with Riddle at his residence/room in a group home for men in treatment for addiction (the complaint didn't specify which address). A witness at the residence told police that Riddle admitted he knew the minor was age 13.

The victim was later found and said in a forensic interview that she was "r-ped" by Riddle. Video surveillance from a Metro Transit bus also showed the two kissing.

Riddle is also charged in a separate case with 3rd degree burglary for returning to the residence three times in one day, after he was kicked out earlier this week, and stealing money and other items from other residents.

Riddle remains in custody on $250,000 bail in the r-pe case.

Terry Lamar Roberts, Jr., 09/16/1988, of Brooklyn Center has been sentenced to over 8 years in prison after pleading guilty to 3rd degree criminal s*xual conduct involving a minor. The charge was downgraded in a plea deal from 1st degree criminal s*xual conduct.

Roberts is supposedly a local musician. He was also supposedly still on supervised release from a federal prison term on aggravated armed robbery (from a 2011 incident). Roberts was released early from federal prison in 2020 due to the COVID hysteria - he was supposed to be federally incarcerated until 2024.

Erick John Wojciechowski, 08/19/1963-age 60, homeless, and a convicted s*x offender/pedophile.

In custody on a warrant for 1st degree property damage out of Maplewood.
Charges say he was found in the victim's vehicle from which he removed parts, destroyed the interior, filled it with trash, and smeared f***s all around.

The cost to repair and clean the vehicle came to $1707.23

Following his initial court appearance in August (center picture), he was released "on his own recognizance," no bail🙄

He subsequently failed to show for a scheduled court hearing and the warrant was issued.

Wojciechowski also has a felony warrant out of Roseau County on the s*xual assault of a minor conviction. In that case, his 27-month prison sentence was stayed in 2021, and he was placed on probation until 2028 by Judge Donna K Dixon.

Wojciechowski admitted a probation violation in November. His probation was continued by the same judge, Donna Dixon, and he was spun back out the door.
