The 10th annual Brandy Alexander Tour celebrates the holiday season by showcasing the creativity of San Antonio’s top chefs and bartenders.
Participants from selected bars and restaurants across the city have crafted unique versions of the classic Brandy Alexander cocktail, featuring award-winning Kinsman Rakia made by Dorćol Distilling.
This tour is a must-do holiday tradition that continues through December 31st. 🍸🎄

Rosemary Kowalski, matriarch, philanthropist and chairman emeritus of The RK Group, has died.
In a statement Greg Kowalski, President and CEO, The RK Group, said, “Rosemary’s legacy is the gift of joy and kindness that she gave to the world. She extended that generous spirit to anyone she met. Our family has been blessed to have her in our lives for so many years. And we know that her legacy will live on through her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.”
We are saddened to share this news, but comforted in knowing she lived a full life. In September, San Antonio Magazine profiled her for her 100th birthday on September 27.
“Catering by Rosemary was the first business to serve more than 100 of the pavilions during HemisFair ’68,” she said in the story. Since 1972, The RK Group has held a catering contract for the San Antonio Convention Center.
Kowalski said in September that she would like to be remembered as “being Catholic, being a nice person, helping others — and drinking good tequila!”

With a charming locale like La Villita and a special song penned by Fonsi, unlike his usual songwriting in Spanish, this song was written in English to align with the film's narrative. For Fonsi, the process involved integrating elements of the script and the characters into his music, which he had not done before.
