Two Galapagos tortoises stolen! Someone took two tortoises from the Saint Augustine Alligator Farm yesterday afternoon. They are only 5 years old, so they would be similar to this one in size. The breakwater dock at the St. Augustine Municipal Marina is still holding. This important dock is designed to block the harshest of the waves from hitting the rest of the marina… which is full of boats. If this particular dock beaks loose (already damaged during Ian), it could slam into the boats at the marina. Video was taken a couple hours before high tide Thursday morning.

According to St. Johns County Sheriffs Office, officers were tracking down a stolen car traveling along A1A in Ponte Vedraearly this afternoon. Stop sticks were deployed, the tires blew out, and a person was arrested. Check out the flat tires on the yellow pick up truck. First Coast News
