Harborside Park in Chula Vista is back open and looking good. The city did a fantastic job of cleaning this park up after all of the issues they have had here. The park has new security features which I hope will prevent the problems again. The park also has a skate park, basketball courts, many grassy areas, and a soccer pitch. This is new to the park and was made possible with Target and the US Soccer Federation. I hope the park stays this nice and they can keep the issues away. I got to check out Toucan Play in Otay Ranch and jump in the ball pit. This is a great spot for the toddlers and even crawlers to come out and run around. Parents can also find a seat to work or relax and watch their kids burn off some of that energy they have. This is a long one, but I’m so happy for Rey TJ Burgers and their brand new location at TJ Food Court on Broadway. I did a video about them in May and they had a hidden location on Main St. So many of you tried to support them but it was hard to find. Now they have moved into the perfect location for them and I’m beyond words. Thank you to all of you supporting them. I was out there for the grand opening last night and it was amazing. I was filled with joy for them. This is why I do this. To elevate small businesses like this. Go check them out and get a good burger.

Next week is the Chula Vista Center’s Birthday and I wanted to share three things (Besides the Sears) that I miss. I’m a true Chula Vista OG and have been going to this mall since I was in high school. When I got older, it was still the mall I went to the most.
