We took or son and his girlfriend shopping to find him clothes for homecoming. He insisted on a suit, and we insisted on a budget. We went to Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries #Woodlawn store and #montgomeryboutique to find a shirt, pant, and jacket for $30! We couldn’t believe how much clothing still had the original tags😳 Thank to my friend Michael Flannery for the shopping tips!

Finally took to the weight machines this week. I surprised myself at the what strength I still have, and super shocked at what needs A LOT of attention. I’m doing about 2 miles every morning and am controlling my heart rate and pace of stepping.
