We love book reviews!!

“If there’s an author who knows how to pack an emotional rollercoaster, relatable characters, and heartwarming moments into a romance novel, it is Julie Navickas. I thought I loved Trusting Love. Finding Love blew me away even more.

There is something about Rachel’s character that is both relatable and refreshing. I found myself identifying with her a lot, especially with her love for her family and her incessant need to hold onto past relationships.

It can be hard to write a character with such genuine depth, but Julie does it so effortlessly. I love that none of her characters are ever perfect. They all have their flaws and past mistakes, but they actively work to be better versions of themselves. It gives a much more realistic edge to her novels.

Rachel and Miguel’s love is so intense, passionate, and adorable. It’s the kind of love you can’t help but to want to read more about. I loved seeing sneak peaks of their story in Trusting Love, and loved reading their story even more. The moments where we got to see Tess and Ryan again were so special. I couldn’t help but to read with a smile on my face whenever they appeared. I especially love that we also got glimpses of Rose, and hints to her story to come. I cannot wait to find out more about the happy … or not so happy … wedding she has coming.

Julie’s books always leave me both satisfied and desperately wanting more. If you love swoon worthy romance, characters with emotional depth, emo music, and goats, you will love Finding Love by Julie Navickas. Trust me, she never disappoints.”

Before he could overthink things, before he could talk himself out of this, Beckett made his move. “I’m going to kiss you now,” he said, cupping her cheeks and swiping the rogue lock of hair away with his thumb. “Is that okay?”

Mallory barely nodded before his lips crashed down on hers. She tasted like the mint of her chewing gum, bright and fresh. A tiny moan escaped her, but he swallowed it and angled her head so he could deepen the kiss. Her lips were soft beneath his, and he savored the warmth of her body as she pressed close. Hands roaming, she clutched his T-shirt and stayed flush against him. This was the best kiss of his life.

Every nerve ending was on fire, every cell in his body cheering that he was where he needed to be—here with Mallory.

A crack of thunder sounded above them, causing Mallory to flinch and pull back slightly. Resting his hands on her shoulders, he held her in place. “It’s okay, just a little storm.”

She nodded, bringing a hand to her mouth. Her lips were swollen from kissing, and he deflated with relief when she smiled. Just as he was about to pull her close, another sound interrupted them. His stomach growled so loudly, he was surprised it didn’t drown out the rain falling on the tin roof.
