This is one of my favorite Arbonne products!!! This can be done each season or wherever u feel u need to detox. It is SO incredibly good for u!! If I could recommend one thing for your health, it would be this!!! I have some on hand if u are interested!! :)
These are the instructions/Recommendations I have for my clients.
-You will need a 32+ oz water bottle. I recommend filling with water it ever evening, beginning THIS EVENING, then put in the fridge to chill over night.
- First thing in the mornings, beginning TOMORROW, mix ONE packet (be sure to shake it up real well before you open it so you get all the stuff that's in the cracks and crevices of the packet!) with 32 oz cold water and shake well.
-Most people do not like the taste (think weak unsweetened apple tea). I prefer to add 1-2 fizz sticks AND/OR fresh lemon/lime wedges OR frozen berries, or Organic Pressed Aapple juice....and lots of ice!
-Drink your cleanse GRADUALLY in 4-8 hoursm,throughout the day. Not to worry, your "elimination" will also be gradual too.
- MAKE SURE YOU ARE DRINKING ANOTHER 32OZ or more OF WATER to avoid cramping. You will need lots of water to flush everything out and not become dehydrated.
- Know this - the worse this TASTES to you, the more ACIDIC your body is.
-Since we are heading into week 3, your body's pH should be heading towards neutral, so this will help. With TWO weeks of food detoxing behind you, so this should be fairly easy on your gut.
-Do not be surprised if you experience some of those detox symptoms again on days 1-3 (fatigue, headache, nausea, dizziness, even some skin breakouts, etc).
-Remember, this is all GOOD. This is your body purging itself of harmful toxins. HANG IN THERE! For most of us, day 4 on is AMAZING!!!
-Please discontinue the use of the Digestion Plus for this week. Not because it would be bad for you in any way, but you'd simply be wasting your money! The 7 day cleanse is doing everything you need in the "gut" area so go ahead and save those 7 packets for later!
