There is a puzzle here, a game to play, a riddle to solve, do you know what it is?
Many of us are operating on autopilot, but we are unaware of who has the controls, or even where the controls are.
This simple but effective technique will help to uncover who’s behind your mind control and regain access to the controls.
Observe for a moment what you are currently thinking, and begin to trace the thought to an emotion. What is this emotion? Why is this thought anchored to this emotion? What triggered this thought? Why? Is it an original thought? Where did it come from?
Begin to notice these thoughts more and more, make it a practice to trace them to their source. Set reminders, or use visual anchors to return you to the seat of the observer. What am I thinking now? Ask this question over and over throughout the day.
Why? This takes energy to do. What takes more energy however is rampant thoughts and autopilot emotions. These things sap our energy leaving us very little left to begin turning them off. The more we shut down these energy drainers the more we liberate ourselves to do whatever it is we are here to do. Interestingly enough the more you practice this the closer you get to realizing what that is, the closer you get to your true nature and the programming fades into the background.
