I found one of the photos I took of the John Hosford House in Monroeville, Huron County, and decided to post it since there were so many people that mentioned it when I posted the Octagon House in Tiffin.

The Mansion on Monument Avenue (136 W Monument) was built in 1895 as a mansion for the Deweese family. Three years ago it was bought and remodeled by The Ashgard Group, a husband and wife real estate investment business.

The Mansion now has three units that can be rented by the day or long term, plus some beautiful common areas. There's also a small gift shop and wine store open Wednesday through Friday 1-7 and Saturday 12-8. I visited the gift shop last week and was able to tour the common areas, but couldn't check out the rental units because they were all occupied.
