I am so thankful to have been a member of BPOE 606- where Mom's uncle Billy Baltar was president 1927, and to hear the thanks from so many proud friends & customers of Biloxi Baltar -Kennedy team create the Richest Fishing village in the would by 1900. William Baltar Pier & Petroleum of Biloxi 1884, Baltar Hotel, Baltar Realty, First Federal S&L of Biloxi, Biloxi Port and Harboor....
May the Baltar Contributions to Biloxi history always be remembered.
