One Last Walk..... (Longer Emotional Post Warning)

Life is a constant struggle, and it never lets up. We can only hope to grow wiser with each step we take.

Reflecting back on my journey the ups and downs. The struggles with my personal life. Things I have had to overcome. I get asked why I would ever sign up to fist fight someone.
But after thought, the only way in ¹an describe it is this. We truly are Cut From a different cloth than the rest of the world. I am a "warrior and a poet". I am Mad Cannons for life 🥹 🙏🏻

February 2023, I unofficially retired from fighting. It wasn’t the ideal end I envisioned for the career I’ve had, spanning over three decades with 66 fights across boxing, MMA, jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, and now bare-knuckle fighting. My Bellator opportunities were challenging, with matchups strongly favoring my opponents.

Now, I’m excited to announce that I’ve signed a contract to fight in the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) on August 16th at Memorial Hall in Kansas City, Kansas. This is an incredible opportunity to once again compete on a grand stage and further seal my legacy. I want my kids to remember that I stood for something more than just myself and I had the courage of my convictions!

I have to be one of the luckiest MFs alive.. I have surrounded myself and my Kids with amazing people... They are lions, and we slay dragons together!
This fight isn’t just about getting there—it’s about winning!!! and leaving a lasting legacy for my kids., kids, kids to remember.

I would like to humbly announce my return to fighting this August 16th! Right here in Kansas City My Hometown! I make my last walk. Win or lose this will be my last fight ever. I invite you to come and experience the final chapter of this journey. Experience it with me and my kids and everybody I hold in my heart. I've been fighting since I was 14 years old in the Junior Olympics amateur boxing. Over three decades later I have fought in front of millions. Thank you everyone that has ever supported me!
