That’s right, your girl Kayla officially has a website! How official does that make me?
Over the years I have attempted to put together a blog but realized I was a better visual storyteller through video editing and content creation. So for the last 2 years I really put most of my focus on my YouTube channel [shameless plug, if you are not already go subscribe to my YouTube for some awesome adventures. But it wasn’t until recently I realized I need to start taking myself seriously and in a more professional manner if I want travel brands and companies to take me more seriously in the realm of collaborations. So, my goal for 2021 was to INVEST in myself not only through travel but in areas that most of you on IG do not see.
First things first was to invest in a course to help pivot me from someone who does content creation as a hobby. For that I invested in @sidewalkerdaily Picthing Master Class which has helped me tremendously get on the right track for my future. And one of those things that I learned is that I need a website.
A website is important because it’s the first thing someone sees in the business world. It a place where I can unapologetically be me and share MY STORY and vision with like minded people. So over the last couple weeks, I have been working super hard behind the scenes to create a website that represents me to the fullest and I couldn’t be more proud!

For all of my Americans, I want to wish you are a very Happy [and safe...it’s the trauma nurse in me 😘] 4th of July weekend! What are all of your plans? Anyone taking advantage of escaping the corporate world for a few days and heading to the lake or going out of town?
Me? I’m doing nothing glamorous this weekend. I do have the weekend off but I will be spending it drinking @truly and painting around the house 👍🏼 but don’t worry, I have some adventures up my sleeve soon after the craziness of overtime dies down at work. I’m taking that OT money and we gonna spread our wings and hit the open skies. Any idea where I am thinking of heading?
