7 years in business! April 11, 2017 I officially filed to become an LLC and wow did I not realize the journey I had ahead of me 🤩 It’s been an amazing, fun, tiring, frightening at times, but creative and collaborative field I have been in and I would not change a single thing! Always a huge thank you to all of my couples who have trusted me to capture such an important day in their lives and to all of the vendors who have referred me, vouched for me, collaborated with me and have become friends over the years. We have such a great community here in Northeast FL, and I am very grateful to still be doing this, cheers to another 7 years 🤍

✨ ALUMNI BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT ✨| Ricker Films
Ricker Films is a boutique wedding film business solely owned and operated by alumna Grace Ricker '12. Grace graduated from Flagler with a BA in Communication with an emphasis on Media Production and Advertising. After a few loved ones asked her to film their weddings, she decided this was something she wanted to solely focus on. In 2017 she officially launched Ricker Films.
Since opening, Grace has filmed almost 200 weddings to date. She has won numerous awards including The Knot Best of Weddings for 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2023 earning her a spot in the Knot Hall of Fame. Grace resides in Jacksonville, FL with her husband Andrew (a fellow 2012 alumni) and their 15-month-old son Benjamin.

I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving! I am so thankful for my family, friends and this small business of mine.
