Thea’s Despair (The Moon’s Curse)
"Thea was my soul made manifest, a world of twilight and endless dreams. Its rivers were liquid silver, its forests shimmering with obsidian leaves, its skies aglow with stars that whispered the secrets of the void. It was a place of peace, a sanctuary where the weary could rest and the strong could reign. But my siblings feared it. They could not understand its beauty, for their hearts were small and full of envy."
"And so, they ravaged it. Godume sent her creeping roots to choke the land, and Phyxious unleashed his burning winds to scour the skies. Thea cried out, but I could do nothing, bound as I was by their chains. Its rivers dried, its forests turned to ash, its twilight dimmed to a pale, lifeless glow. They destroyed what they could not control, and they called it justice. But they did not destroy its heart."
"Even now, Thea lives. Its core, its essence, its dreams still beat beneath the stone. And as long as it beats, so too do I. They cannot erase what I have wrought. They cannot s***f out my shadow."
