Great read about the incident that occurred south of Johnstown. There are a number of events planned for Saturday (included at the end of the article) to mark the 70th anniversary.

The 1955 bomb plot that brought down United Air Lines Flight 629 over Weld County — killing 44 — showed planes could be targets and changed laws. Decades later, surviving witnesses recall the scene.
