so this happened on my morning bike ride a driver thought it was a good idea when I had the greenlight to pull up to the red light and try to make a right hand turn as I had the right away and not look both ways and smacked right into me

The sound of the water and the breeze coming off the river make it a perfect place to rest and reflect. Whether you're cycling or just out for a walk, it's always worth stopping here to enjoy the view.
Had an amazing ride down to Canalside in downtown Buffalo, NY today! 🚴♂️ The views along the waterfront never disappoint, but the highlight of the trip was stumbling upon this incredible Buffalo / Buffalo Bills sand sculpture. 🦬🏈 The detail and creativity that went into it is just unreal! It’s the perfect tribute to our city and the team we all love.
Buffalo’s spirit is alive down here, and this sculpture really captures that energy. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, Canalside is a must-see, especially with such cool art displays like this one. Check out our beautiful sunflowers this year! 🌻🌞 Even though only a few plants sprouted, they’ve still grown tall and proud, lighting up the garden with their vibrant yellow petals. It’s amazing how resilient nature can be—these sunflowers remind us that it’s not always about quantity but quality. Their towering stems and bright blossoms are bringing so much joy to the yard this season.

Every mile brings us one step closer to the big milestone!
