Hosted a South Indian brunch party at my place… Sambhar, Dosa, Potato Masala, Idlis, roasted tomato chutney and lemon rice.
Lemon rice was courtesy my BFF and it was super yum… kids enjoyed it too!
Served it on disposable paper banana leaves.. looks interesting right! It’s so convenient with these leaves made out of paper… no need to cut fresh banana leaves or find it in US stores. Purchased online….comment to get a link for this product.

Also comment if you want to know the perfect ratio of rice and Daal for idli dosa batter and Sambhar. It’s super easy and simple.
