Welcome! The Recovery Room is a question and answer educational platform created by cancer physical therapy specialist Leslie J. Waltke, PT, DPT, specifically for cancer patients and survivors.

Cancer treatments are lifesaving and continuously evolving. These cancer treatments are infamous though for leaving in their wake, huge burdens on physical health and wellbeing. At The Recovery Room, we believe that just because that’s the way it is doesn’t mean that’s the way it has to be.
