First full-on horror I’ve worked on! Episode 3 of ‘s horror anthology, God of Frogs, written and directed by yours truly!

I had a real blast on this one and the cast/crew/folks at Highball were wonderful to work with and I’ll do anything in my power to work with them again!

I’m the meantime stay tuned. Spooky season’s gonna be a packed one this year…

Birthday shout out to my good friend (and talented artist) George! Best lesson I learned from being a teacher is how much your students can teach you. Seeing this man climb from someone who’s never drawn before to being a lookdev artist and lighting artist on Marvel, Netflix, and Disney products (and my own projects too ofc ;) has been a delight and while I’m proud to have had you as a student I’m even more proud to call you a friend.

Building the Dream.

I work a little unconventionally when it comes to my films. While I’m writing, I’m storyboarding, sketching, sculpting, model-building, and checking that work with the talented artists I’ve made friends with over the years. By the time I get on set, a new wave of creativity hits as I get to share the set with even more talented artists, each contributing in assembling this crazy story that formed in my head early this year shortly after getting married(!). While I can’t say much about this story at the moment I can say that I was so impressed by this cast and crew and can’t wait for them and for everyone else to see it and of course to do it all again like the mad-scientists we are!
In the meantime, I’ve got an edit to get back to ;)

2022 was a fantastic year (for sooooo many reasons!)! And there’s so much I can’t post about till 2023 but I can say that 2023 is looking to be a busy one and I can’t wait to share the stories, characters, creatures, and the worlds they inhabit with you all!

World Premiere Night for The Fore-men was a hell of a show! Amazing theatre and a full house! Major thanks goes to who I can’t thank enough for making this night possible.
